- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash the kale under cold water, tear it into bite-sized pieces, and place in a large bowl.
- If using fresh corn on the cob, grill or boil until tender (about 10 minutes). Cool and cut kernels off the cob; add to the kale.
