  • 4 sea bass fillets (6 oz each)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 4 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish and arrange sea bass fillets skin-side down.
  3. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant, then stir in lemon juice, thyme, salt, and pepper.
