  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed Seedless
  • 1 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium lime, juiced
Liquids
  • 1 cup coconut water or regular water
Sweeteners
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the watermelon, cucumber, lime juice, coconut water, and honey (if using) into a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
