Cheesecake Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream lightly sweetened
Toppings
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries sliced
  • 1 tbsp sugar for macerating strawberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter melted
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Method
 

Prepare the Cheesecake Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with sugar and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
Prepare the Strawberries
  1. In a separate bowl, combine sliced strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Let sit for about 10 minutes to macerate.
Assemble the Bowls
  1. In serving bowls, layer the graham cracker crumbs, cheesecake filling, and top with macerated strawberries.
  2. Repeat the layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with strawberries on top.
