Prepare the Salmon
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together Sriracha, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet and brush with the Sriracha honey mixture.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Assemble the Bowls
- In serving bowls, divide the cooked rice evenly.
- Top each bowl with sliced cucumber, shredded carrots, and edamame.
- Place a salmon fillet on top of each bowl.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
