Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Cream together the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add the pistachio pudding mix and eggs to your creamed mixture. Stir well until everything is combined.
- Fold in the chopped pistachios gently.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them at least 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
