Dairy

Liquid
  • 1 cup milk can substitute with almond milk or any plant-based milk
Sweetener
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional, adjust to taste

Blend Ingredients
  1. Add strawberries, banana, yogurt, milk, and honey to the blender.
  2. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
