  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Freshly squeezed

Preparation
  1. Peel and chop the mangoes, then blend them in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mango puree, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and lime juice. Mix until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions until it reaches a soft-serve consistency.
  4. Transfer the ice cream to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
