Ingredients
  

Fruits
  • 2 cups spinach fresh
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries strawberries, blueberries, raspberries
  • 1 medium banana ripe
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Extras
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional for added fiber
  • 1 teaspoon honey optional for sweetness

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add spinach, frozen mixed berries, banana, and almond milk to the blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. If desired, add chia seeds and honey, then blend again briefly.
  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
