Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 1 head romaine lettuce chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber cucumber sliced
  • 1 carrot carrot shredded
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. Chop the romaine lettuce and place it in a large salad bowl.
  2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and shredded carrot to the bowl.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Combine and Serve
  1. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  2. Serve immediately.
