Ingredients
  

Meat and Vegetables
  • 1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables such as carrots, peas, and corn
  • 4 medium potatoes sliced
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, mixed vegetables, onion soup mix, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Lay out four large pieces of aluminum foil and divide the potato slices among them.
Assembly
  1. Spoon the meat and vegetable mixture over the potatoes on each foil piece.
  2. Fold the foil over the mixture to create packets, sealing them tightly.
Cooking
  1. Place the foil packets on the grill or in the oven and cook for about 30 minutes.
  2. Carefully open the packets and check if the meat is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
