Ingredients
  

Bread
  • 8 rolls Hawaiian rolls
Cheese
  • 8 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices Mozzarella cheese
Butter
  • 4 tablespoons Butter softened

Method
 

Assemble the Sandwiches
  1. Slice each Hawaiian roll in half horizontally.
  2. Spread butter on the outer sides of each roll half.
  3. Layer cheddar and mozzarella cheese between the roll halves.
Cook the Sandwiches
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Place the sandwiches in the skillet, buttered side down.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve
  1. Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
