Method
Assemble the Sandwiches
- Slice each Hawaiian roll in half horizontally.
- Spread butter on the outer sides of each roll half.
- Layer cheddar and mozzarella cheese between the roll halves.
Cook the Sandwiches
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Place the sandwiches in the skillet, buttered side down.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serve
- Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve warm.
