- Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a splash of olive oil.
- Add ground beef to the hot skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes, and drain excess fat.
- Stir in diced onions and minced garlic, cooking until onions are translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Sprinkle in dried oregano, cumin, and paprika. Mix well and let them toast for about 1 minute.
- Pour in canned diced tomatoes along with their juices, stirring everything together. Simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
- Gently mix crumbled feta cheese into the skillet just before serving.
