  • 8 oz imitation crab meat shredded or chopped
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tsp dill dried or fresh
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Salad
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the imitation crab meat, diced celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, dill, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the crab mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
