Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for coating
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
Vegetables
  • 2 cups Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for coating
  • 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method
 

Prepare Chicken
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat.
  3. Place the chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken and cook for an additional 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
Prepare Vegetables
  1. In a separate bowl, toss broccoli and bell peppers with olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  2. Add the vegetables to the air fryer basket after the chicken has finished cooking.
  3. Cook the vegetables for 8-10 minutes until tender and slightly crispy.
Serve
  1. Remove the chicken and vegetables from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes.
  2. Slice the chicken and serve with the roasted vegetables.
