Ingredients
  

Chicken Patty
  • 1 pound Ground Chicken Preferably lean
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil For cooking
Burger Assembly
  • 4 buns Burger Buns Toasted
  • 4 slices Cheddar Cheese Optional
  • 1 cup Lettuce Shredded
  • 1 tomato Tomato Sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise Or any preferred sauce

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken Patties
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the patties.
Cook the Patties
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Place the patties on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. If using cheese, place a slice on each patty during the last minute of cooking to melt.
Assemble the Burgers
  1. Toast the burger buns on the grill until golden brown.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on the bottom half of each bun.
  3. Add the cooked chicken patty, followed by lettuce and tomato slices.
  4. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
