  • 4 pieces chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the seasoning mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken thighs on a baking sheet.
  5. In the same bowl, add the Brussels sprouts and toss them in the remaining seasoning mixture.
  6. Arrange the Brussels sprouts around the chicken on the baking sheet.
Cooking
  1. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the Brussels sprouts are tender and caramelized.
  2. Check the internal temperature of the chicken; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
  3. Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
