- Slice ripe avocados in half and remove the pits. Scoop the creamy flesh into a mixing bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until smooth and buttery, about 2-3 minutes.
- Add eggs and flour (and optional ingredients) to the mashed avocados and stir until well combined.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Place the mixture on slices of bread and toast for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
