Ingredients

  • Mascarpone cheese
  • Heavy cream
  • White chocolate
  • Fresh raspberries
  • Savoiardi biscuits (ladyfingers)
  • Powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in short bursts in the microwave until smooth, then let cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mascarpone cheese with powdered sugar and gently fold in whipped heavy cream until fully combined.
  3. Once cooled, fold the melted white chocolate into the mascarpone mixture until well blended.
  4. Briefly dip savoiardi biscuits in warm water or raspberry juice to soften them. Layer them at the bottom of your dish, followed by half of the cream mixture and half of the raspberries.
  5. Repeat layers with another set of dipped biscuits, remaining cream mixture, and top with more raspberries.
  6. Cover and chill for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
