  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach (chopped)
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the spinach.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, chopped spinach, feta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape into patties about 1 inch thick.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  5. Cook patties for about 5 minutes on each side until they reach an internal temperature of at least 165°F (74°C).
