- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Sauté chopped mushrooms and minced garlic in olive oil over medium heat until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Let cool.
- In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, sautéed mushrooms, rolled oats, soy sauce, chopped herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into patties (about half an inch thick).
- Place patties on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
