  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix plant-based milk, oil, vanilla extract, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fill muffin tins two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
