Ingredients

  • 1 box vegan cake mix (15 oz)
  • 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 cup non-dairy milk (such as almond or oat)
  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • Lollipop sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix vegan cake mix, applesauce, and non-dairy milk until smooth. Pour into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. Crumble the cooled cake into a bowl and mix with melted chocolate chips until well combined.
  4. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
  5. Dip lollipop sticks in melted chocolate before inserting into each ball. Coat with more melted chocolate and add toppings if desired.
  6. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
