- 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
- Lollipop sticks
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix vegan cake mix, applesauce, and non-dairy milk until smooth. Pour into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a bowl and mix with melted chocolate chips until well combined.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Dip lollipop sticks in melted chocolate before inserting into each ball. Coat with more melted chocolate and add toppings if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
