  • 4 oz white chocolate
  • 1 cup freeze-dried strawberries
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (almonds or walnuts)
  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second increments, stirring between each until smooth.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy removal.
  3. Pour the melted dark chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread it into an even layer about half an inch thick.
  4. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle the freeze-dried strawberries and chopped nuts over the surface.
  5. Melt the white chocolate using the same method as before, then drizzle it over the dark chocolate layer.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour or until set. Break into pieces and serve.
