- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 8 oz Cool Whip
- 1 package (3 oz) strawberry jello mix
- 2 cups boiling water
- 1 cup cold water
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine crushed pretzels with melted butter and ¼ cup sugar; press into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and remaining sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and spread over cooled pretzel crust.
- Dissolve jello mix in boiling water; add cold water once dissolved. Let it cool slightly before folding in sliced strawberries. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
- Refrigerate for at least four hours until set. Cut into squares and serve chilled.
