Instructions

- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Sauté seasoned chicken breasts in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through (about 6 minutes per side). Shred the chicken once cooled.
- In the same skillet, combine diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and hot sauce; stir in cream cheese until melted and smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken with cooked pasta, sauce mixture, chopped bell peppers, and half of the cheddar cheese.
