  • 1 box chocolate cake mix (15.25 oz)
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 10 popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking pan and prepare chocolate cake mix according to package instructions with eggs and water. Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  2. Cool the cake completely, then crumble it in a large bowl.
  3. Mix in marshmallow fluff until the mixture holds together when formed into balls.
  4. Roll into one-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet. Insert popsicle sticks gently into each ball.
  5. Chill in the fridge for one hour to firm up.
  6. Melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts (15-20 seconds), stirring until smooth. Dip each chilled cake pop into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before rolling in graham cracker crumbs.
