  • 4 brioche buns
  • 4 slices American cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 8 dill pickle slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle or heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Divide the ground beef into four equal portions (about 4 ounces each) and shape loosely into balls.
