  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, pumpkin puree, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and pumpkin pie spice until smooth.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs until well combined.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about an hour.
  4. Once chilled, form tablespoon-sized balls from the mixture.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips and coat each ball until fully covered.
  6. Place on parchment paper to set.
