- 12 ladyfingers
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)
Instructions
- Brew espresso and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar; beat until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into cooled espresso and layer in small cups with the mascarpone mixture.
- Repeat layers until cups are filled, finishing with mascarpone on top.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
