Description

These bite-sized treats combine layers of rich espresso-soaked ladyfingers and velvety mascarpone cheese, all topped with a dusting of cocoa powder. Easy to prepare and visually stunning, these cups offer a taste of indulgence without the hassle of traditional tiramisu.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup brewed espresso or strong coffee (cooled)
  • 12 ladyfingers
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Brew espresso and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar; beat until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into cooled espresso and layer in small cups with the mascarpone mixture.
  5. Repeat layers until cups are filled, finishing with mascarpone on top.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
