  • 1 cup fresh jalapeños, sliced
  • 4 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 4 brioche or sesame seed burger buns
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 1 large ripe tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, gently mix ground beef with salt and pepper; form into six equal balls.
  3. Place balls on the grill and smash down using a spatula to create patties.
