  • 1 medium cucumber, grated (excess moisture squeezed out)
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (full-fat)
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, parsley, garlic, onion, breadcrumbs, egg, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice; mix thoroughly.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs and place on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. For tzatziki: Mix grated cucumber, yogurt, dill, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl; chill until serving.
