- 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine softened butter and minced garlic until well mixed.
- Stir in chopped parsley and rosemary into the garlic butter mixture.
- Slice the loaf diagonally without cutting all the way through.
