- 3 cups stale bread cubes
- 1 cup dried cranberries

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter or olive oil. Sauté the onion and celery until soft, about 5 minutes.
