Ingredients

  • 8 oz dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp finely ground coffee
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder (for rolling)
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
