Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium Yukon Gold potatoes (about 600g)
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil (60ml)
  • 2 tbsp chaat masala
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Boil the cubed potatoes in water until tender but not mushy (about 10-12 minutes). Drain and let cool.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Test oil temperature with one potato cube; it should sizzle.
