- 1 lb flank steak (sliced)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Cajun spice mix
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear seasoned steak for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and let rest.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and shrimp; cook until shrimp turn pink (about 2-3 minutes per side), then remove from heat.
- Pour heavy cream into the skillet, scraping up flavorful bits. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Slice rested steak into strips, return steak and shrimp to the skillet, and add cooked pasta; toss gently to coat everything in sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
