  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled)
  • 1 lb flank steak (sliced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Cajun spice mix
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear seasoned steak for about 3-4 minutes per side until browned. Remove and let rest.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and shrimp; cook until shrimp turn pink (about 2-3 minutes per side), then remove from heat.
  4. Pour heavy cream into the skillet, scraping up flavorful bits. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Slice rested steak into strips, return steak and shrimp to the skillet, and add cooked pasta; toss gently to coat everything in sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
