BBQ meatballs are a crowd-pleasing dish that delivers an irresistible combination of sweet and smoky flavors. Juicy, tender meatballs are coated in a rich BBQ glaze that enhances every bite, making them perfect for any gathering or cozy night in.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (plus more for glazing)
  • 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
