Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 4 green onions, sliced for garnish
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise (preferably Japanese)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice

Instructions
