- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar

- 1 ripe avocado

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- Marinate the flank steak in half of the chimichurri for at least one hour.
