  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1/2 cup cowboy butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and mince the garlic. Finely chop parsley.
  2. Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente; reserve some pasta water before draining.
  3. In a large skillet, melt half of the cowboy butter over medium heat. Add the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
  4. Stir in garlic for about a minute until fragrant, then add heavy cream and soy sauce along with remaining cowboy butter.
  5. Toss drained linguine into the skillet with the chicken mixture, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired creaminess.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
