- 1 cup strong espresso or coffee, cooled
- 24 ladyfinger cookies (Savoiardi)

- 2 tbsp cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Wash and slice strawberries; set aside with whole blueberries.
- Brew strong coffee and allow it to cool.
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger in the cooled coffee.
- Layer dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish, followed by half of the mascarpone mixture, then sprinkle with berries. Repeat layers.
- Chill for at least four hours or overnight before serving. Dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
