  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions
