Instructions

  3. Blind bake the crust with parchment and weights for 15 minutes; remove weights and bake an additional 5 minutes.

  5. Whisk eggs and sugar until fluffy; stir in warm cranberry mixture.
  6. Pour curd into the baked crust and bake for another 20-25 minutes until set but jiggly.
  7. Cool slightly before serving with whipped cream.
