  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 tsp dried sage
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the onion and celery for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, sautéed veggies, breadcrumbs, chicken broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
