  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 24 oz marinara sauce
  • 4 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 8 oz uncooked lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion over medium heat until fully cooked. Add minced garlic during the last minute.
  2. Transfer the mixture to your crock pot. Stir in marinara sauce, beef broth, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Add broken lasagna noodles to the pot and stir gently to ensure they are submerged.
