  • 2 whole heads fresh garlic
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth

  • 4 cups crusty sourdough or baguette, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut the tops off the garlic heads, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for 30-35 minutes until soft.
