Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce (shredded)
  • 1 medium tomato (sliced)
  • 12 dill pickle slices
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat or oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper if using an oven.
  2. In a bowl, season ground beef with salt and pepper. Shape into 12 small patties (approx. 2 oz each).
  3. Cook patties on grill or baking sheet for about 4-5 minutes per side until reaching an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C). Add cheese slices during the last minute of cooking.
  4. Toast slider buns on the grill or under the broiler until golden brown.
  5. Assemble sliders by spreading ketchup and mustard on the bottom bun, layering lettuce, cheesy patty, tomato slices, and pickles before topping with the other half.
