  • 1 tbsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker or grill to 225°F (107°C).
  2. Season beef ribs generously with brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Let sit for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix equal parts apple cider vinegar and water in a spray bottle.
  4. Place seasoned ribs on the grill bone side down and smoke for about 5 hours, spritzing with the vinegar mixture every hour.
  5. In the last hour, brush barbecue sauce over the ribs and let it caramelize.
  6. Once internal temperature reaches 203°F (95°C), remove from heat and rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
