  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 2 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden brown (8-10 minutes). Shred with forks.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with garlic, cream of chicken soup, half of the sour cream, and one cup of cheese.
